ADVANCED AR
This course 6 Hour (One Day) combines the skills and practices gained in our first two courses (or equivalent training) to round out the trainee as an educated AR style/ carbine firearm owner, buyer, and Marksmen. The completion of this Advanced AR course paves the way to becoming a well-prepared citizen ready for self-defense. We will be primarily be focusing on 25 yards and shooting in this class however, we will be doing some longer-range shooting also. Please have any optics zeroed before class.
We will not be using pistols in this class, but if you want to bring one as part of your loadout that will be allowed. In our Adaptive Defense class, we will be focusing on transition drills and using both systems.

Requirements:
Completed Threat Dynamics Intro to AR Style Rifles and AR II classes, or equivalent training.
Self-Provided AR Style Rifle.
Ideally, this Rifle is one that the trainee has experience with and is a good fit for the individual.
Please make SURE the rifle is in good working order. This class should not be the first time that you have fired this Rifle.
The class will not stop for weapon malfunctions. Call if you have questions about this.
Any optic used for the class should be zeroed BEFORE class.
Slings are required. Slings must be able to hold the Rifle at no more than a 12” circle from the trainee's feet.
The shooter has demonstrated the ability to shoot approximately 45/50 rounds into an 8” group @ 20 yards. IF you can not do this yet then it is advised to schedule a Private Instruction with one of our Firearms Instructors.
Loadout:
300 rounds of ammunition.
Ammo is for sale at the class on-site. Please coordinate this in advance and show up a little early to purchase ammo.
