Client Relations Specialist

As we pride ourselves on excellent Customer Service and being the experts in the industry, and as the face to our Company Brand this is a very important role.

On a daily basis you will:
- Be the face of Threat Dynamics by being knowledgeable firearms, training and concealed carry
- Ring up sales using a point of sale system
- Assist in booking appointments, answering phones
- Assist on the retail floor making sales, including the sale of firearms, and running background checks
- Talk to customers about classes, services, products, Concealed Carry, etc.

The ideal candidate will be:
- Fun, energetic, and professional
- Approachable and relate-able
- Conversation confident
- Highly organized and efficiency oriented
- A background with firearms and concealed carry is a plus, but we will teach you everything you need to know.

Skills needed for this position:
- Experience in the customer service industry
- Experience in personalized sales in a retail environment
- Skills with computers

Position details:
Full or Part Time
Starting $15 /hour (depending on background) + Tips
Opportunity for quarterly raises
Some evenings and weekends required.
